There is a multiplayer flash browser game drako.ru. I wanted to find out what requests the client sends to the server under certain actions (attack a monster, drink a bottle, etc.). How many have not analyzed, http-requests are used only for receiving / sending secondary information (getting pictures, links, etc.). I thought maybe the client and the server exchange information using sockets, but even here the analysis did not give anything. I read somewhere that, for sure, they communicate "directly" via TCP. What can you tell me if you can begin to find out which port is open for communication and start watching what comes and goes directly through wireshark?

  • Yes, use Wireshark. Only most likely there you will see HTTPS traffic. - Vladimir Martyanov
  • общаются "напрямую" через TCP - what kind of nonsense? you can only communicate through sockets. - Alex78191
  • I meant sending TCP packets to the server, forgive my ignorance. But specials. Socket analysis plugins were silent, what could be wrong? - Victor
