When styling psd came across a tiled design. I need to understand what to use: flexbox, grid, div, or tables; using frameworks cannot be pure css only. Which way to dig and if you can give an example. enter image description here

Better use Bootstrap Grid : it fully implements all your needs, if you use fixed margining ( here's an example )

Yes, it is possible, but what does bootstrap not suit you with? After all, with a tiled design there will be problems with adaptation - nrjshka
    • @nrjshka is not a bootstrap, because the rows are of different heights. - KAGG Design

There is such a plugin - isotope . With it, you can get a very similar layout in the mode of masonry .
