When styling psd came across a tiled design. I need to understand what to use: flexbox, grid, div, or tables; using frameworks cannot be pure css only. Which way to dig and if you can give an example.

Better use Bootstrap Grid : it fully implements all your needs, if you use fixed margining ( here's an example )
