In properties, xsd is filled as follows:

 Build action = Compile Copy to = Do not copy Custom tool = MSDataSetGenerator CustomToolNamesp= пусто FileName = dsAdmin.xsd

Files cs xsc xss generated. Studio 2005. What could be the problem?

    You specified Build action = Compile so it tries to compile. Specify None or Resource.
