  • uh ... I do not quite understand what is meant by "local configuration" and what should I do about it. I tried to demolish the repository and rebuild the project, reboot the Windows, roll back the latest updates (as one of the assumptions because it was just updated yesterday). Removing security updates by the way could not be done. What can I do in this case, except to remove the entire registration part and write some other one, I can’t think of it yet. By the way, I dug out the old 100% working version of the project in the past - the same error popped up on it - BruceVVayne

    if the old version has the same error, then the problem is not in the code. is your base set up? and settings are stored in the repository? Is the application server configured? and settings are stored in the repository? etc. - Mikhail Vaysman

The problem was in Tomcat. After I re-created the server (clearing the configuration of course) everything worked. Ps Tomkat in the furnace.
