Now I teach JSF on the book Java Server Faces. And I don’t understand, they write there: use CDI bins instead of managed bean, arguing that the latter are limited. Who knows, explain the main difference, disadvantages and advantages of each. Thank you in advance.

    A similar question arose here . It says that in CDI you can use almost any class, while for use in mb you will have to use classes with the @ManagedBean tag.
