Can I write commercial applications on the Visual Studio 2015 Community? In a team of 2 people, the product is not associated with a banking and financial API, but rather an accounting system. Product for sale to third parties. Does the number of buyers matter? Do I have to buy a Proffessional license to sell my software? After reading the terms of the license sent by the distinguished @Grundy and talking to familiar lawyers, a simple solution was found: If the project is developed by an open source company (VS.) for the VS 2015 Community, then a paid license is not required. For an individual developer, even Open Source is optional.
