Opencart - “The page you are requesting is not found.”

After installing the popup cart module on Opencart, an error occurred, that is, when loading the modules page, it displays the text:

"The page you request is not found. If the problem persists, please contact the administrator."

Urgently need help. Since almost everything in my opinion I tried. Restored the reserve of the entire site, including the database, did not help
