It seems possible through the win32api module, but how? Are there any guides on this?

If you need to write a simple clicker, I would advise using the Pyauto gui. There you can compare the place of clicking the mouse in the image or also prescribe the coordinates. To get more control over the program, use Swapy (for example, if you need to click on pop-up windows that do not always appear in the same place)

Check out the Fedora open source dogtail project. True, it is used to test GUI applications.

I think PyQT4 is better for you, you need to use events and signals to 'simulate' keystrokes and mouse movement. See more Drawing .
- and then only inside the application created by me is it possible or finally everywhere ??? can I write for example coordinates, and she will click there with a mouse - Vova Syskov
- Only in the application will respond to events. So everywhere I think. - tarasov
