    You take the kernel (the bitrix folder) and the upload folder into a separate folder (for example, shared), and symlink to connect to two of your sites, one on the subdomain, the second on the main one. Then in Настройки > Настройки продукта > Сайты > Список сайтов you configure your two sites (you specify its parameters and you can adjust all the priorities).
