Please advise the base, to determine the geolocation by ip.
I want to determine the locations of visitors by ip, preferably with accuracy to the city (at least in Russia). From bases I found 2: Sypex and MaxMind, poked on the data that I fed them, it seems both work fine.
Maybe someone has already encountered such a task, and knows other databases or worked with these databases and have any feedback on them, or in general, that you can read on this topic?
