Oddly enough, the error message about the database does not say anything. It reads
Fatal Error: Cannot redeclare class
ReadBeanPHP\RedException
What is translated into Russian means that PCP cannot redefine the RedException class, since it has already been defined before.
From the stack it can be seen that the include and require constructs are used, from which it follows that the file in which this exception class is defined is connected at least twice.
In order to avoid such a situation, use include_once and require_once .
