I reinstalled windows from 7 to 10 and changed the mail version from outlook 2007-outlook 2010. I moved the data through my native import / export. All is well, but incoming messages have stopped coming, and letters are placed in outgoing ones, but they are not listed as sent ones. Do I have to look at the ost file in outlook or understand caching other settings? If so, which ones? I also think to delete the file and synchronize with the mail .. although this advice is given for outlook express.

Yes. That's right, you noticed. You need to check the checkbox in the cache settings.
I also recommend reading the topics on the Microsoft website:
How to troubleshoot synchronization problems when synchronizing a mailbox
About the synchronization. As far as I know, you should have accounting in there and there. That is, outlook and outlook ekschendzh.
- With regards to viewing and opening the file I can recommend PRESS
If you do not have an account and the offline file does not work out, try changing the format to a local file. as an option through the import manager.
