Can I insert the AdMob test banner into the Worker (not a test: not beta or alpha) version of the application? Or just need to insert a non-test banner?

Sure you may. You can insert the banner itself, but not display it, so as not to spoil the look.

Yes you can. This is done in two ways:
a) Paste the activity of AdMob in the right place (for example, I watched the video - I received an additional bonus).
b) Upload the finished .apk to the AdMob server, specifying the credentials, a map, etc. The ad will appear every N minutes (i.e., set the time yourself).
