Help to make a copy of an Ext3 formatted SD disk to another Ext3 formatted SD disk through Windows 10.

And the size of the disks is different. On the first (source) 4 GB, and on the second (receiver) 16 GB.

When using the program R-Drive Image made an image with 4 GB. If I make a recovery from an image to a 16 GB card, the disk cuts by 4 GB + 12 GB, where 12 GB becomes an unused area. I need to make a copy so that all 16 GB are used.

  • in my opinion, it is not worthwhile to complicate your life with such excessive difficulties as manipulating file systems in a non-native environment. Boot your computer from any live-cd / dvd / usb and do whatever you need. - aleksandr barakin
  • @Akina It is impossible to stretch using the program MiniTool Partition, do not tell me what you can stretch? - Alice Khip
  • @alexanderbarakin The latest release of Ubuntu does not see the Ext3 format map, I don’t know what the problem is. - Alice Khip
  • and can not "see." because among the formats for memory cards there are no formats for file systems. these are perpendicular concepts. I suspect that after connecting a block device, you do not mount file systems located on it. in general, this is good and correct, especially in view of your desire to copy the file system from one block device to another. just do what you want. - aleksandr barakin
