In the stable version of Chrome for Android there is no possibility to use add-ons. Additions in general are more for the desktop version. Making an addition only for yourself, you will spend more time and effort than if you turn to more simple technologies. It is also not entirely clear why you need such a supplement. You can make an application on Android, which will contain a browser window.
