As it turned out later, the latest version has no admin mode and I had to delete it manually. All deleted and unlocked all, almost all, functions of win7. I can not win one. Now the dialog boxes @ do not work as @. I suppose that somewhere (registry / policies, etc.) there is a lock on the window descriptor. Which way to dig? where / how can such blocking be performed?

    Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\

    There should be subsections ComDlg32, CIDOpen, CIDSave. If they are missing there, you need to restore them.
