I have such a situation, there is no possibility to put a composer, and I began to master php relatively recently. A description of the installation is written only for the composer.

Can I put it manually and how then to connect?

You can manually clone the repository, but you still have to use the phpoffice compositor so it will not work without its dependencies. Of course, you can also try to download them manually, but it is better to solve the problem of the inability to put composer.
