It's simple, most likely your page is stuck in the cache, and the browser takes the old, cached version.

Solution for yourself:

Clear cache - ctrl + F5

The solution for everyone:

Add a version number to the link

 "mystyle.css?2" 

Now the browser refers to the new file, since there is no file in the cache with the name "mystyle.css?2" , respectively, when we release new versions, we iterate the number.
