On vmware, there is an image of kali 2017.3, after one of the updates, upon rebooting, it displays such a string that prevents me from connecting to the network. I tried the method specified here: https://askubuntu.com/questions/691729/piix4-smbus-0000007-3-host-smbus-controller-bus-not-enabled Also tried https://www.youtube.com/watch? v = JlzsZkZldMM None of this works, and the /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf file doesn’t even exist. The way from the video works in part, the error does not appear, but the network too. I have never encountered such a problem and I have no idea which side to even approach. I tried to put the deb clean, the same error immediately.

  • If blacklist.conf does not exist, you can create it. - de_frag
  • Naturally I tried it too - atom63
