I publish the application in the AppStore, the last time I did it was 1.5 years ago. iTunes Connect informs me that I do not have the resolution of the demo screenshots, although the resolution in pixels exactly coincides with the required resolution - 1242x2208 (iPhone) and 2048x2732 (iPad Pro).

I don't have an iPad Pro, and the iPhone doesn't either, so I took screenshots from my iPad Air 2 and stretched / squeezed it to the required dimensions. Can't she analyze it and kick me off on the basis of this?

In the past times I do not remember that I had such problems.

I cannot take screenshots from the emulator, because I need a screenshot from the camera video stream, and my program in the emulator looks completely different, other font sizes in particular.

PS I checked everything, re-read the forums - 72 DPI, flattened, no alpha - not at all ... I tried re-scale through Photoshop, GIMP 2 and the standard Apple image viewer - the same thing, not the same size

  • I think asking you to show these screenshots is useless. - Roman Podymov
  • @Roman Podymov 2 why useless? I don’t know if it’s useful for you, but I can demonstrate it ... - Eugene Bartosh
  • I mean that if the project is not yours, then it is hardly possible to scatter it with screenshots until the new version is released. - Roman Podymov
  • And how did you provide the screenshot? - Roman Podymov
  • @Roman Podymov project is not mine (my customer is welcome), but there is nothing in the screenshots ... I wrote how I created it - removed via my iPad Air 2 and resized using GIMP2 - Eugene Bartosh

The issue was resolved, the fact is that for safari on Mac for some reason the icons for selecting the device type were not visible - so I threw screenshots on the first device (iPhoneX with 5.8 ') - they naturally did not fit. Under Chrome on the Mac is also not visible, in under Chrome on Windows everything is perfectly visible and works - this is how Apple has a household ...
