A proposal has been made to upload these files from the server to the cloud, as if they support such a function. I don’t really understand the clouds, because the question is: is this a cost method, or are there other cheaper options?

    The organization of indexation in the cloud is certainly easier, but it will obviously be more expensive than a local solution.
    If you are only interested in the Azure cloud, it supports indexing files using Azure Search for files stored in Azure blob storage.
