Everywhere I see different things: some ask in px others in % or rem . How to understand what is right and how to do?

1vw and 1vh - the most convenient option. vw - 1% of the window width, vh - window height. With the help of them, we adjust the element to the right place, on other screens the element itself will go to the right place.
