Ps finally realized that every time SqlDependency is created, an entry is created in SqlServer. And perhaps because of the large number of copies it stops being called, placed in a queue or something else. Because when creating a new database, the event is called with the addition of the record. Has anyone come across this? I deleted all the entries from the Очереди and Службы , but it did not help anyway.
