Does it make sense to install multiple versions of MinGW?

I would install Qt/Qt 5.10/MinGW 5.3.0 and Tools/MinGW 5.3.0 from the proposed choice. This will provide a complete set for developing applications for Windows. QWT should be set separately, as you have already indicated in the comments - http://qwt.sourceforge.net/qwtinstall.html
