Phonegap / cordova is the solution for you. You can wrap in the application for a couple of days, if you have PHP, then I’m unsure that this is what you are looking for only for static applications. This will wrap your source code (html, js, css) in the application, that is, those who downloaded your application do not need to load the statics from your hosting and it will download it in the application and work with the server via API. there is still https://electronjs.org/ but it is also only for static sites
