On 8 and 10 everything is OK ...

I made backups of the type, the previous versions ... So they work the rules ... and for some time it stopped working at 7 ... And the changes were the same as before, the volume just increased ...

It does not start, it means when you open the application, this process freezes and no windows are displayed ... I’m not saying that "everything is lost", I want to know who has met this task and how to solve it quickly
