If you put in the ReSharper Keyboard Scheme settings on the 2nd point, or ReSharper 2.x or IntelliJ IDEA , then by default, if the ReSharper version is older than 2016, i.e. 2017.1, etc., then pressing Ctrl + Alt + F will be used to format the code, in the same window you can configure what and how to format.
