Tried to find netcdf_helpers, did not find. It is not in the netcdf packages. Is it possible to correct this misunderstanding? ZY did everything in ubuntu

The issue is resolved, not there looking for. Initially I thought that the file should go with some kind of package, it turned out that it peacefully lies in the utils folder
