I have a custom domain! The Rails application uses SSL. How to add SSL certificates to the application?

In general, the problem is solved by contacting the heroku support service. The speed limit was imposed on my receipt of ssl certificates. Currently, the restriction is removed! D-side, thanks for the help!)
