- You can stop the site (in IIS Manager) => zapaplishit => start the site. There is a suspicion that you can only update non-executable files, or executables, provided that they are not loaded into the computer’s memory => it can be concluded that if the file is in memory, then it cannot be updated and as a result there is a need to stop the site - Andrew Tarasenko
