Everything is good. This is the date and time in ISO 8601 format ( гггг-мм-ддTчч:мм:сс.мксZ ).
This format is commonly used for a machine-readable representation of time, because it:
- contains components in descending order of importance. This makes it easy to compare and sort values without having to look ahead.
- allows you to set the time and time intervals with different accuracy,
- does not contain extra characters (such as spaces).
