How to download .xpi (Cross platform install) file from Firefox extension?

    1. Go to the site http://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox
    2. Find the desired extension.
    3. Right-click the Add to firefox button and select Save link as ("Save object as")
    4. Save the .xpi file where we want for later analysis.

      Actually, if you think so ... then you don’t download the .xpi file to the firefox, because the application tracks the downloading of files in .xpi-format and immediately offers to install it and not download it.
