Hello!

Wrote an application on React Native. The application is simple, more informational, using Redux, Saga, several linked packages in npm. Starts and runs in normal mode, not full screen. The structure of the application was based on the Ignite tool.

The problem is that the customer on the phone (Samsung Note8) application is defined as a game. For example, on the lock screen, it says that the game is running. While the application is running, additional gamepad buttons or something like this appear.

There is no possibility to potest yourself, I did not use this phone at all. I can not even penetrate in which direction to dig, or how to formulate the problem more precisely, at least google it at worst. Naryl on the topic only about Game Tools in the latest models of Samsung, but I see no connection with React Native.

Thanks in advance for your help.

UPDATE:

At a closer look, the fact that an indent appears quite noticeable from above and a little less from below, as if the application itself has internal settings, is not fully deployed, or has an empty header. Some games have the same visual effect. The point, apparently, is really in this very Game Tools, but information on such problems is extremely small. I would be happy for any help or even direction.

Tell your customer to disable Game Tools

    like so

    • And if he uses it? Is the application can not be solved, only globally? - Qwertiy
    • I offered this version. Parries with the fact that in other applications this does not happen. Only, they say, on this. - Vadeam
