We make the usual form, which eats, but sends data to the page that processes them. And there are 2 ways. 1 uncomfortable - 2 page on which there is no form. Then from there you need to jump back to where the form was or on the 3rd page. 2nd way to do something like:

And in the second way there is a minus, if you send the data to the form, they eat, but they will go, but if you then press F5 - the data is sent again, again F5 - it is sent again.

How to make, that at F5 / updating of page - repeated sending did not occur?

    redirect the page through the header ('location: index.php'); index is replaced by a page with your own form. Why ask the same questions without reading what is already written, the more so today?
