Faced such a problem: I connected Font-Awesome icons to the site, but instead of the icons themselves, squares of this kind are displayed: enter image description here

The css file is connected and in it all the fonts are connected correctly (all paths are correctly indicated), what could be the problem and how to fix it? Thank you in advance!

The problem is that your css file cannot find fontawesome icon files. Most likely you have the wrong path in your css file. The fact that the shown squares indicates that your css file is successfully connected, it remains only to choose the correct path to the icons.
