There is an ASP.NET MVC site, the essence of the site comes down to displaying their utility bills to users, on a personal account. Currently the site is hosted on reg.ru. The manual sets the task to transfer the site to a local server. (which you need to buy, of course). Here I have a problem, but what is needed from the technical characteristics of the server (kernel, how much, what frequency, OP memory, HDD / SSD, OS ...), if you plan to have 5000-10000 simultaneous connections to the server?
