How to implement scripts from R in a web project?

Specifically interested in how to make the graphs that I do in RStudio generated on the site.

    I consider the most optimal and productive solution to be Rserve , for which there are customers for many PLs.

      I think you need to look in the direction of either Shiny (if you want to create an application entirely on R), or Rapache (allows you to process requests on R http and build the resulting page)

      It seems that the second option is more suitable for you if I understood the question correctly.
