I decided to try writing a cross-platform application on Xamarin Forms. With Android there were no problems with the publication in GooglePlay. But with iOS, the problem is:

How I did everything: Since there was no Mac, I picked up the virtual machine, I rolled out XCode, Visual Studio. My car from VS2017 on Win saw a virtual machine. On the developer app store for the application created AppIDs, Distribution Profile. Added application to itunesconnect. I rebooted into VS Win, saw the profile, assembled the assembly, an ipa file appeared. On the Mac, I downloaded the ApplicationLoader, logged in, sent the ipa file, a warning was displayed that the file was large (in fact, it was 8 MB), then, if I understood correctly, the file was loaded. and that you can go into the application to check the status of the check or something like that ... when I go to itunesconnect, I don’t see any builds being loaded. If you try to upload the same ipa file again, then the error ITMS-4238 “Redundant Binary Upload” appears. If I understand correctly, then this assembly has already been downloaded. But in itunesConnect I see this: in itunesconnect

Question: Did I do everything correctly, do I have to wait? Or do I need to do something else?
Maybe somehow through Xcode you can download the IPA file?

If the loaded assemblies disappear, then there are problems that the analyzer has identified. A letter with a description of the problem / problems should be sent to the mail of your account.

They need to be eliminated, increase the build number and resubmit for verification.
