Everything is just banality, just install the extension for Visual Studio for this click:

  1. Tools -> Extensions and Updates ... (Tools -> Extentions and Updates ..)
  2. In the appeared window to drive in the Unity search engine.
  3. Install extension. (Visual Studio 2017 Tools for Unity)

But in theory, without him everything should have worked, it seems.
