  1. "With date" inside:

    $ echo "2018/05/11" | tee путь/к/каталогу/{файл1,файл2}

  2. Empty “with (specified) date” modifications:

     $ touch -d "2018/05/11" путь/к/каталогу/{файл1,файл2}
