I insert a picture in HTML with a blue background. From the screen from this picture from the page I take a pipette background color, I get the color #2638AB . I assign this color in the background-color divka and reload the page. The color is different from what is in the picture. I take a pipette color from this site - #1D239B .

What is the problem? Why colors do not match?
