There are StackPanel blocks

  <StackPanel Background="#40000000"> ... </StackPanel>

I set the color Black and transparency 40%. It turns out #40000000 . But the previous graphic background with 40% opacity made in Photoshop is darker.

Question: how to relate the transparency set in color for an element in HEX (?) With a percentage in Photoshop?

I understand, "transparent range" in color from 0 to 255? And I need to multiply by 2.5 the classic representation of transparency?
