You have two uses for the library in which there is a type of Capture . The first belongs to the Emgu.CV assembly:

and the second belongs to the System assembly:

Or, it is a property that belongs to the System.Windows.Forms assembly:

Since you specified Emgu.CV in the question marks, then most likely the required Capture should belong to this particular namespace. For the code to work, you need to explicitly specify the namespace for the Capture type; for this, a type declaration is sufficient:

 Capture capture = ...

replaced by:

 Emgu.CV.Capture capture = ...

In general, you need to figure out which namespace a type belongs to, on whose declaration the error falls and ask it what is needed.
