I am very glad that you decided to help me. Seriously, you can’t even imagine how happy I will be if I make any progress in this matter.
I would like to write a program / script / code (I don’t really know what it is called?), At the start of which the following sequence of actions would occur:
1 - Open Telegram
2 - To a specific chat # 1 (chat bot) send a specific message every ± N minutes, N depends on the time of day.
3 - Send the report to chat # 2, i.e. messages from the bot.
Ideally, I would just like to press a button and make it work. Still add support for multiple accounts, vpn, etc., but I would have to perform at least the first three points.
I would like to add that I am a complete zero in programming. I have no experience with languages other than Pascal, which is unlikely to help me, but an idea that I just can’t carry out has come up to my head. All my attempts to find information on my own were simply meaningless, while at the same time causing me a wild batthert from how stupid I am.
If you read everything above, then (hopefully) you can help me. So what I would like to know:
1 - In what language can this be done in general, if in a few, what pros and cons will lie in wait on the way.
2 - How can this be done?
3 - What literature can I read?
