There is a site on WordPress, the site actually consists of one main page. Now it was necessary to add the Login and Registration links to the site, which should lead to a certain CRM, in which users should be able to create their account (register), log in and either create or take orders (two types of users). Looking for options, how to best implement it? Separate CRM? If so, which one? Or will a CRP WordPress plugin suffice for this purpose? If so, which one?

  • And here VP? Be defined with CRM for a start. And it is selected not by links from the site, but by tasks. - SeVlad 8:01 pm
  • For VP, too, there are plug-ins with CRM functionality. Perhaps, for these tasks, the plug-in will be enough, but I did not work with them, maybe someone worked and could tell. - Heidel

It sounds very blurry. Registration and login is on the same wordpress. And the implementation of orders for authorized users already need to think through. CRM is needed here if it is a large database of products / services and you need to beat complete control over the type of the same SMS information and so on for these services. And if it’s just to create an order and process it, but only for authorized users, you can also use WP . If you need the same CRM look in the direction of Bitrix
