I'm trying to install GTK + for Windows under the official manual:

I have already tried to run MSYS2 on behalf of the administrator, reinstalled it, which I just did not do, nothing helps.
In principle, Glade is installed, it can be started from the command shell, but it either hangs after a while, or just falls silently.
In the process of working with Glade , error messages appear regularly in the console:
The questions are as follows:
1) Does everyone have such problems, or am I just somehow not doing something wrong with a tambourine?
2) Are there any stable alternatives to Glade ? I tried to use Glade , which is not put through MSYS2 , but from exe , it also falls.
