Tell me, please, how to open access to the folder and to all subfolders and files inside it.

Created the attachments folder in the root of the site (domain / public_html / attachments).

In the .htaccess file I wrote:

RewriteRule ^attachments/.*$ - [F,L]

When prompted domain / attachments / issues:

403 Forbidden

You do not have permission to access / attachments / on this server.

Tell me how to register access?

    403 Forbidden is issued due to the security settings by the host in case there is no index file in the directory.
