How to change pictures once a week?

I create a website on the Tilda constructor, where you can add a script in HTML, JavaScript. It is necessary for me that in the main unit there was a picture below I attach a sample of the code that I used in this constructor for another task, it may be useful. It is necessary that the picture changed every Monday. Only 4 pictures and next month this cycle began again.
