The fact is that I am engaged in web development and there is a need for different programs, and now I think that if something happens to Windows, it will take a long time to restore everything, all the programs, since I don’t remember them by heart. Install each program as needed. I want to save, as I say, the baggage of tools, and not to scatter them on the road and then collect again :))). I will be glad to any information.
PS About how I got to this idea. I think it all started with bookmarks. In those days, it was an opera, and I liked to use browser bookmarks, and even more express panels (small tiles with pictures of websites). But what a bad luck, when Windows crashed, these bookmarks flew off. Then I learned to copy the file to the opera where these bookmarks were stored, and after installing the new Windows I inserted these files into a new opera. Then I learned how to use the cloud solution from Opera, where it was possible to upload an express panel there, then upload it. Then Opera got me, I found a cloud solution for any browser, namely Tabs Bool, you can go there from any computer to your account and all the bookmarks are loaded, you don’t even need to upload it anywhere. Then the next solution for comfortable work was the program Dekstop ok, which keeps the location of the shortcuts in the right places (after all, you know how Windows 10, if you have two monitors, likes to drop these shortcuts and throw them into a heap). And now I have reached the point when I want to backup Windows with all its settings, and so that all the already installed programs, their settings, and the paths for saving these programs are preserved.
