Each product has basic data - a category, a subcategory, a description, a price, and additional data (in the form of a key-value) related to each subcategory. For example, the subcategory Real Estate - Type: purchase, sale; elevator: yes, no , etc; for subcategory Automobiles - Brand: BMW, Renault; Color: red, blue , etc. And the amount of additional data (ie key value), for each category may be different, or it may not even exist (ie, Basic Data will be indicated for this product)
These data will be needed to search for the product and when viewing the product.
What tables and columns for this I need to make it work fast.
